Recently, I went to a nursery to buy plants. It was a nursery with all kind of plants. After walking around the plant gallery, I met the owner. He asked me what I was looking for. I said, I'm interested in terrarium friendly plants. He didn't have fittonia or crypthanthus or succulents.

He was telling me that he was trying to figure out what kind of plants he should specialize in. I threw few suggestions - like he can have a part of the nursery for ferns or succulents or money plants, etc.

He said, he tried stocking one variety but that was limiting as customers was asking for another type.

Imagine, if you are the nursery owner, what will you do? How will be stock and propagate the type of plants which will be more in demand?
